The cases focus on the constitutional right of privacy and right to know, as well as the laws concerning public records and open meetings. Summarizes 164 Montana Supreme Court decisions and 39 Attorney General opinions, indexed by area of focus. Some decisions predate the adoption of the 1972 state constitution, but most of the court cases and all of the attorney general opinions came after 1972. A comprehensive summary of cases involving wrongful and unlawful discharge cases in Montana. Provides a roundup of 126 Montana Supreme Court decisions and five federal district court decisions.
