The PDC has compiled these publications as supplements to some of its training. They are available at a minimal cost, which covers developing, printing, and distributing them.
Wrongful and Unlawful Discharge: Montana Cases and Considerations (1996) soft-cover book ($10)
A comprehensive summary of cases involving wrongful and unlawful discharge cases in Montana. Provides a roundup of 126 Montana Supreme Court decisions and five federal district court decisions. Privacy and the Right to Know: Montana Cases and Considerations (1998) soft-cover book ($8)
The cases focus on the constitutional right of privacy and right to know, as well as the laws concerning public records and open meetings. Highlights 70 Montana Supreme Court decisions and 34 Attorney General opinions. Some decisions preceded the adoption of the 1972 state constitution, but most of the court cases and all of the attorney general opinions came after 1972.
